Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, they can be returned to POLYTHENE* within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
All requests for refunds can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org whereby you will receive a returns form to be completed before an authorisation can be made. Once authorised you will receive a confirmation email with details for shipping return.
Upon receipt of the returned good’s, an inspection shall be carried out before the returns process can be completed. On approval of the goods, you will be entitled to receive a refund or store credit, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Returned goods must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. They must also have original tags and packaging attached. We are not able to refund or provide store credit for items that do not adhere to this.
Up until POLYTHENE* is in receipt of the returned products, the customer is solely responsible for the care of goods. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Return shipping costs of the items are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are damaged or faulty.
Please ensure all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service and clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. POLYTHENE* is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
A refund will be issued back via original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return. Once the return of goods is authorised, a confirmation email shall be issued to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
